If another program conflicts with Cyber Snoop:
Conflicts can occur when other 3rd party applications or utilities compete for common resources or do not adhere to agreed upon programming standards. Before installing Cyber Snoop, be sure to turn off all other applications including firewalls and anti-virus software. From your Add/Remove Programs panel, remove marketing spyware programs like WebHancer, New.net, and ComScore.

If Internet Access is periodically blocked and can not be reset -or-
Invalid Internet Management Configuration message appears:
From your Add/Remove Programs panel, remove marketing programs like WebHancer, New.net, and ComScore. If this does not resolve your issue, expire your trial by temporarily setting your system clock ahead by one year and restarting your computer. This will pull Cyber Snoop security components out of your system.

If you are running a previous version of Cyber Snoop:
Turn monitoring OFF in the Cyber Snoop "Set Security" Menu.
Install Version 4.0 to a directory that is DIFFERENT from the previous versions.
